DSS Celebrates Eid El-Kabir, Urges Vigilance Amid Festivities


The Department of State Services (DSS) has extended warm greetings to the Muslim community in celebration of Eid-Al-Adha.

In a press release, the DSS emphasized the significance of the festival, highlighting themes of faith, obedience, and generosity. The agency encouraged all citizens to embody these values to foster national unity and transformation.

As festivities begin, the DSS cautioned celebrants to remain vigilant and adhere to personal security measures.

The agency advised those attending or operating in public spaces such as malls, markets, parks, and railway stations to be particularly cautious. Immediate reporting of any suspicious activities or security breaches to law enforcement is strongly encouraged.

The DSS assured the public of its commitment to ensuring a safe and peaceful celebration period through close collaboration with other security agencies and stakeholders.
