Christians have been admonished to learn to be thankful rather than live a complaining life to give room for Gods blessings.
The Senior Pastor Refreshing Word Christian Center Kubwa, Rev Dr Taiwo Adeeko gave the charge in a Sunday sermon titled Thanksgiving as a lifestyle.
The Cleric who noted that God has commanded Christians to give thanks in every situation said Thanksgiving brings about multiplication of blessings.
Quoting the scriptures from John chapter six verses five through fifteen where Jesus fed multitudes with five loaves of bread and two fishes, Rev Adeeko explained that looking beyond what is physically seen to appreciate God, gives room for the multiplication of what is available
He further explained that thanksgiving gives Christians access to Gods presence, super natural breakthroughs, as well as speedy answer to prayers.
Rev Adeeko while urging Nigerians to be thankful irrespective of the nations economy reiterated the need for positive confessions at all times.
